What is my username/password?

If you've lost (or did not receive) your 'welcome new subscriber' email or if you've forgotten your username or password, you can use the lost password feature on the login page to receive an automatic email message (sent to your originally registered email address) with your log-in information.

When does my subscription expire?

To find out when your subscription expires, login to your account, click on "Change your account details," enter your password and your expiration date will be listed at the very bottom of the page under "Change account status."

How do I change my contact information, including email address and password?

To update your contact information, login to your account, click on "Change your account details," enter your password, update your information and click "Apply changes."

Can I view my payment history online?

To view credit card payments online, login to your account and click on "View transaction history." For questions regarding payments made by check, please contact Customer.

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, login to your account, click on "Change your account details," enter your password, change "Your account status" at the bottom of the page to "Cancel account" and click "Apply changes."
